01 / Choose the correct template

Use the exact template for your disc, case and paper parts. Confirm dimensions with Grafxar before preparing the final files.

02 / Prepare print-ready artwork

Use high-resolution images, CMYK colour and the bleed specified on the template. Embed fonts or convert them to outlines and keep essential text inside the safe area.

03 / Supply a production master

Prepare a final audio or data master for CD, or an authored DVD master. Tell us what you are supplying so we can confirm the appropriate format.

04 / Approve before production

Check spelling, track order, colours, credits and your rights to reproduce the content. Production begins after your artwork and master are approved.

Ask us about your project
Duplication or replication?

Duplication writes your content to recordable discs. Replication manufactures discs from a production master, from 150 copies. The quote builder shows the production options available for your quantity.

Can I order discs without packaging?

Yes. Choose “None” under packaging. You can also quote cases and paper parts without disc production where supported.

Can I change an idea’s quantity or packaging?

Yes. Every idea is a starting point. Change the quantity or any option in your quote; compatible selections stay in place and the price updates automatically. We’ll explain any choice that needs your attention.

How soon can I have my order?

Timing depends on your quantity, packaging and approved files. Tell us your deadline before ordering so we can confirm the schedule for your project.

Is delivery included in the quote?

The quote includes production and GST. Delivery is confirmed separately. Choose collection in Adelaide, or contact us to arrange an Australia-wide freight quote.

What do I need to supply?

Supply your final audio or data master and artwork prepared for the correct templates. We’ll confirm your files, artwork and production schedule before work begins.
