Quote and start

Orders start at 50 units; replication starts at 150. Configure your quantity, disc printing, packaging and finishing. Prices are in Australian dollars including GST. Saving a quote or starting a project does not take payment.

Payment

Pay 10% on order. The balance is due when production is complete. Any confirmed freight is included in the order total before the deposit is calculated.

Online payments use Stripe’s secure checkout when activated. Card details are entered on Stripe and are not stored by Grafxar’s website. Your project dashboard records the deposit and completion balance separately.

Artwork and production approval

Use the matching metric templates and provide downloadable artwork and master links. Supplier-specific formats need a confirmed dieline or print mask.

Grafxar reviews your files and supplies a versioned proof. Check every page, spelling, layout and the supplied master before approval. Production requires recorded approval and the order deposit.

Turnaround is confirmed once artwork has been received. Tell us about your required release date early using the enquiry form.

Delivery and changes

Grafxar operates online, with no staffed public shop. Plan your Australia-wide delivery ↗

Freight is additional to the production quote. Save your full delivery address; Grafxar will confirm a freight price before online payment.

For collection, Grafxar will confirm the location and arrangements with you. Contact Grafxar about artwork changes, cancellation or a refund so the project’s current production stage can be reviewed.
